To lead the colleagues responsible for training and online training to achieve funding targets, deliver an innovative adult learning offer through a range of delivery modes and manage the online team of online trainers, to continually establish Eastleigh College as a leading online education and training provider.
Ensuring that all adult learners receive the highest standard of customer service, by providing them with support and growth opportunities that meets their needs and requirements. Whilst liaising with staff to organise for moderation and verification for internal and external visits.
Manage monitoring and evaluations of caseloads, reporting teaching hours and outcomes, whilst contributing to marketing, admissions, enrolment and induction processes. Achieving this by setting targets and having accountability to deliver a consistent level of excellence across the team.Skills/experience required:
Experience of managing a team of tutors, knowledge of delivering excellent customer service, managing learners to complete targets within a timescale, excellent communications skills, knowledge of report writing, experience of procedure development & review.Qualifications required:
Ideal attributes of applicant:
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Level 3 in Team Leading or Management.
- English & Maths at level 2 or above.
The ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders including learners, parent's employers and managers. Enthusiastic, highly organised and an interest of the success of learners in education. You will be willing to undergo any further training as required.
