To be successful in your application you must be an imaginative Religious Studies Teacher who has experience of working with SEN and EAL pupils and experience working in an inner city school. You must possess a naturally cool head in a crisis that means you are always prepared and can quickly determine the best course of action . You must have a strong working knowledge of the whole secondary curriculum and raise standards through your high expectations. You will be a Religious Studies Teacher who can create a happy classroom environment where everyone is open and supportive of each other's ideas.
