My client is a global leader within the personal care industry based in the heart of West Yorkshire. Historically they used to distribute through other retailers; due to the power of online, they have moved into various International marketplaces.
This brings an exciting opportunity for a driven and commercially focused International Ecommerce Manager. The role will initially be hands-on, reporting to the International MD. However, the role has huge scope and will evolve into a much larger role in the next 12 months.
As the International Ecommerce Manager, you will need to have experience within international marketplaces, ideally Amazon, International Wholesalers, as well as managing a D2C eCommerce site.
You will be tasked with developing an online sales and marketing strategy to grow the business profitably and brand perception across all platforms and markets.
As well as Implement and lead all trading plans and marketing activity across their websites. Ensuring they have effective strategies and campaigns in place and meeting performance metrics across traffic, PPC, AOV, CVR & Bounce rates and reviews.
The successful candidate will have gained experience in fast-paced, high growth businesses. You need to be able to work autonomously and have a high growth, strategic mindset.
This role would be great for someone looking to really kick on with their career over the next 12-24 months, in terms of growing yourself and a team around you.
Additionally, you will be a great team player, able to work remotely but also has part of an international team. Meaning working cross-functionally and great communication skills will be key.
The successful International Ecommerce Manager will receive a competitive salary and bonus. A yearly salary review and flexible home/office working. There will be potential for international travel too.
