A Children's charity in London are looking for an interim Internal Comms Manager to join for 8 months. They are offering this role 3 days a week. It is part time and can be remote.

  • Production and ongoing development of an effective and engaging change communications plan
  • Effective and timely delivery of communications
  • A key member of the Change Project team, translating decisions and actions into effective and engaging communications
  • Advising and guiding key internal stakeholders on communications activity and delivery
  • Ensuring that all the charity's people feel informed about the direction and feel empowered to be able to make their own decisions within the change journey

  • Build effective working relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and shape thinking, ensuring that communications are informative, inclusive, engaging and relevant
  • Able to work across different channels to maximise the impact of internal communications
  • Leading inspiring and effective communications through transformational change
  • Charity experience
  • Internal communications experience
  • Immediately available

Job Offer

Contract until end of September 2021

40,032 salary - pro rata

Role is 3 days a week

Remote working with potential office working also
