Job Details
You want to be part of the larger vision. A vision to build the renewables industry. To take carbon off the road, and out of the environment, whilst improving our lives as human beings. This is what you care about. It drives you.
My client is expanding rapidly in the renewable energy space and they need you to help them review, negotiate and manage contracts (Memorandums of Understanding, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Maintenance Contracts, etc.). They'll also need your input into estimating the costs of each project which ranges in value from £500,000 to £2,500,000 per project.
You'll need to have an engineering background but most of your knowledge will be in contract negotiation and estimating project builds. You'll be interacting directly with customers and their lawyers to ensure the contracts are optimal for both parties.
An example of a problem to solve might be the following: Let's say the customer wants their renewable system to have 99% uptime and availability. What specification does our project build need to be? How much will this add in cost to our process? How should this be charged to the customer?
This is an ideal job for if you:
This role is also inviting applications who wish to work part-time on a 3-day week basis for the first 6 months, with a view to full-time work after that period.
Apply now, and don't worry if your CV is up-to-date, we'll walk you through the application process. Kleboe is acting as a retained search consultancy on this vacancy.
Applications from backgrounds as an estimating manager, contracts manager, quantity surveyor, production manager, legal manager, commercial manager, commercial project manager, estimator, senior legal counsel and cost engineer are all welcome.
