This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly-motivated, newly-experienced Campaign Manager to join our team in the world of digital mobile advertising. The ideal candidate will be a mathematically-minded, tech-savvy team player with a strong instinct to deliver outstanding global customer service.

You will be part of a unique team, working with the Head Of Programmatic and other Global Campaign Managers and you will be placed at the centre of our business to bridge the commercial and tech functions whilst getting plenty of exposure to the media world in general.

Adludio is a technology/data-driven company with creativity at the heart of our offering. Our campaign managers have the opportunity to learn and become true programmatic trading experts in mobile by using the biggest DSP and our bespoke trading algorithms.

ResponsibilitiesTo manage sensory brand campaigns you will take booking details from the Sales team, confirm delivery details, liaise with Designers to ensure the campaign creative is approved to the client's satisfaction and to deliver a campaign according to contractual requirements.

In Summary
  • Optimise the campaign performance to ensure campaign goals are met.
  • Manage campaign timelines and budgets using our DSP platforms (TTD / DV360).
  • Develop a full understanding of programmatic DSP setups and targeting capabilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to multiple stakeholders, including Account Managers, Sales Managers, Senior Management, Data Team and Publishers.
  • Produce reports capable of providing strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management.
  • Create excellent case studies and post-campaign presentations to impress clients and assist the Sales team in their next pitch.
  • Feed-in ideas or pilot our next-generation AI automation tools with our Product Team.

RequirementsThe role of managing campaigns is very strategic and rewarding and we're looking for talent with the following criteria
  • Have 1 year or more Trade Desk experience.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to multiple stakeholders, including Client Services, Sales, Senior Management, Data Team and Publishers.
  • Have full programmatic trading experience using campaign strategies, optimisation to ensure KPI's delivery.
  • Be the first line of troubleshooting on all campaign and Ad tags, working closely with the client, tracking suppliers, DSPs, and Adludio's Q&A and Technical Teams.
  • Provide inputs and guidance around campaign design, including requirements for success.
  • Maintain realistic project management goals for yourself that align with the goals of your key accounts.
  • Work with Adludio's teams to develop a strategy for how a given client will reach a target audience and mobilise them to take critical actions.
  • Produce reports capable of providing strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management.
  • Forecast, monitor, and optimise multiple campaigns across Adludio to ensure campaigns are delivering on schedule and according to client expectations.
  • Be a vital participant in internal communication during all phases of an active campaign's lifecycle.
  • Provide subject matter expertise & tactical, strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Support the delivery of data to the Finance Team in an accurate and timely manner, troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Deliver post-campaign successes to support efforts of client's partners and Adludio leadership team.
  • Support other ad hoc functions, including testing product and tech innovations/improvements.
  • Leverage campaign and client data to solve problems and find new opportunities for business growth.
