Overview

Opinsta have developed an award-winning off-the-shelf software solution called SAM which helps businesses with a large number of field-based employees easily report defects, incidents, faults, inspections and more. SAM is a cloud-based solution with a native iOS and Android mobile app.

Responsibilities
  • To implement and manage processes that will ensure customer success
  • Be an advocate for the company, helping to build great relationships with new clients
  • Onboard new clients, educating them on how to get the most value out of using our solution
  • Keep track of client contract expiration dates and follow up on renewals to support client retention rates
  • Encourage upsells, identify clients who require or would be ideal for solution/package upgrades and offer advice
  • Be the point of contact for client support regarding minor, non-technical issues, or otherwise seek help from our technical team
  • Collect useful client data e.g: through surveys/reviews, which will enable us to make improvements and identify new opportunities

Skills & Requirements
  • Experience working in account management or customer service/relations within a B2B software sales environment
  • Ability to create tutorial videos or at minimum a high aptitude to learning how to create videos/content
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to create warm relationships
  • Work in a sociable, enthusiastic, graceful, and empathetic manner
  • Be well-organised, accurate, proactive and recognise priority tasks
  • Able to demonstrate excellent written, verbal & analytical skills
  • Manage themselves effectively in a remote working environment
  • Dynamic, positive, forward-looking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000-£25,000 base + £5,000 OTE (negotiable based on experience level)
