SOX READINESS PROJECT - GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY CLIENT

Position: Consultant

Employment Type: Contract

Start Date: 01/03/2021

Duration: 6 months

Salary: Daily rate/pro-rata salary

Worksite: Glasgow, UK

Travel Requirements: Fully Remote

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review SOX objectives and requirements:

• 302 certification

• 404 (a) requirements

2. Scoping:

• Financially significant accounts

• Financially significant locations

• Systems supporting financial reporting

3. Key Deliverables review:

• Planning Memo, materiality

• Narratives/Placemats

• RCM

• Risk Assessment

• Fraud Assessment

• COSO Mapping

• Test of Design (TOD)

• Test of Operating effectiveness (TOE)

• Summary of Control Deficiencies

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-10 years' experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls & Audits

• Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Subject Matter Expert

• Experienced in Controls Documentation

• Experienced in Audit Board Technology

• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification

• Native or Fluent English language skills
