We are currently recruiting for a Project Finance Associate Director to assist the origination of new business opportunities and execution of lending transactions and financial advisory mandates for the Natural Resources & ECA team; and potentially the Power and PFI/Infrastructure team as required by the MD.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the origination, negotiation, execution of suitable project finance transactions within the sector/geographic areas
- Financial Modelling
- Ensure that such transactions are structured to mitigate risks to the appropriate degree
- Credit Application and Pitchbook preparation
- Coordination of all internal deal related processes
- Obtain all necessary internal consensus and credit approvals
- Contribute to overall professional management of client relationships
- Provide general support and assistance to the team
- Cross-market and cross-sell ancillary products from other areas of the Bank
- Other duties as may be requested by the Team Head in support of the Department's ongoing business requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Financial modelling skills - essential
- Customer relationship management and marketing skills - essential
- Knowledge of project and corporate finance structures, coupled with the ability to develop innovative solutions for the client - essential
- Knowledge of relevant markets and sources of finance - essential
- Energy sector knowledge - highly desirable
- Project Finance financial advisory experience - desirable
- ECA market knowledge - desirable
- Working knowledge of relevant areas of law and accounting - desirable
Qualifications and Training
- Degree or equivalent qualification - essential
- Banking training or experience - essential
- Project Finance experience - essential
