They are the leading online booking platform in their sector and despite the Covid Pandemic, new government legislations have meant their platform could grow and expand.
They are a member of the Financial Times' FT1000 fastest growing companies in Europe and the winner of multiple lifestyle awards.
They are seeking a technical Engineering Manager to join their team based in London. The role will see them scaling the engineering department, managing a talented team of developers, developing the technical roadmap, working very closely alongside the Product Owner and also getting stuck in with the technical elements. This is all as the business gear up towards the re-launch of their new website, adding geo-features and growing their euro-dominated systems.
We are keen to speak with people who have:
- Can lead and optimise team organisational interactions such as code reviews, planning and estimation, metrics, technical road mapping,
- Managing the developers, setting up a hiring plan in line with company growth
- Working very closely with the Product Owner to achieve company goals and targets
- Have a proven track record leading technology teams in scaleup/start-up environments over several years, instilling and championing positive and effective ways of working.
