About our client
Our client is one of the fastest growing digital marketing companies in the UK. Due to their ongoing success they are now looking to grow their support team and as a result, excited to offer a new role for 2nd Line Application Support Analysts.
So what are they looking for?
- Previous second line support role experience.
- Hands on Approach to Azure, Office 365, Windows 10 and Mac OS
- Strong communication skills with various levels of support chain.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics and CRM systems.
- Experience supporting other business applications.
- Experience supporting legacy systems
-Jira and ITIL
- Software based support and NOT hardware based support role.
- Able to organise affectively and and prioritise tasks.
- As this is an Analyst role you will be required to have an understanding of the issue and try to solve where possible.
- Exceptional customer service
- More phone and face to face support preferable.
- Property sector experience advantageous but not essential.

*PLEASE NOTE: Whilst this is a tech based role, the role itself is more focused on your ability to understand and navigate the companies CRM system (MS Dynamics) so you can provide technical assistance for staff and clients trying to use it.
