Job Brief

• Review tender documents to identify BIM and Digital requirements
• Manage and grow an expanding department
• Technical review of 3D models
• Set up systems and protocols for design issues
• Support projects in use of 3D BIM for Design and Construction, 4D Planning and digital Technologies
• Manage and coordinate BIM resources across Civils projects
• Home based role with regular travel throughout UK and Ireland

Personal Requirements

• BIM Lead / BIM Manager
• Highways and Road Management Civil projects
• 3D BIM software
• Knowledge of ISO19650 and associated standards
• Experience in use of Field Digital tools and technologies
• Degree qualified in construction or similar
