Skills And Experience Required
- Design and manage impactful brand engagement and prospect nurture campaigns with the intent of creating qualified leads for sales.
- Define and manage all aspects of marketing aligned to our audiences, including media partnerships, events and inbound digital marketing, eg search, display, social and SEO.
- Develop an Account Based Marketing Plan and content strategy and messaging, executed with targeted multi-touch campaigns (mainly One to few - One to Many). Use customer insight and close collaboration with sales to define target audiences.
- Own the activation of campaigns through our marketing technology stack (built around Marketo, Salesforce and other tools).
- Continuously assess and optimise campaigns for ROI. Share analysis, insights & improvement plans with stakeholders.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong digital campaign or integrated marketing experience.
- Educated to degree level or above in a relevant subject, eg business or marketing.
- Results-driven with proven track-record in B2B demand generation and Account-Based Marketing.
- Strong collaborator and team player, with ability to manage/influence virtual teams to get things done.
- Experience working in the Technology sector, ideally in a scale-up or fast-paced business environment.
