Founded in May 2015, Papier is a fast-growing, London-based start-up, which has raised ~£15 million since launch and is changing the face of online personalisation. Papier offers a sophisticated user experience and delivers beautifully designed products, on-demand and all over the world, from personalised greeting cards to wedding invitations and stationery.

Papier is looking for an ambitious & talented Head of Community to join the Brand team. They will be instrumental in growing an engaged community of Papier fans through effective social media & influencer strategies, turning customers into advocates and influencers into ambassadors.

Responsibilities
  • Build an ambitious but effective global community strategy for Papier encompassing social media & influencers to meet objectives of the business around brand awareness, reach, engagement & sales
  • Collaborate with Creative & Content teams to deliver unique storytelling moments & content for Papier's social channels to build brand affinity & strengthen customer engagement
  • Explore full potential of Papier's organic social channels - increase revenue driven through key channels as well as through influencer activity - tracking, measuring and analysing performance, as well as ensuring learnings are taken on board for future campaigns
  • Oversee, manage & nurture all of Papier's social media channels, and introduce or develop new ones to further strengthen & build a community around the brand
  • Develop & execute a best-in-class influencer strategy that aligns with marketing calendar & encompasses influencers from micro to macro; build & nurture relationships with key influencers/ambassadors
  • Work closely with Creative team to ensure content created is meeting objectives and is suited for each channel its distributed on
  • Work closely with Head of PR on brand activations & campaigns, aligning on influencer outreach for gifting/events (macro/celebrity) and opportunities to amplify press-worthy moments
  • Align with Performance Marketing team on paid social activity (acquisition & retargeting) & work with them on opportunities to test new formats/platforms, as well as ensuring there's a feedback loop for top performing content
  • Manage community budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across different activities at key periods throughout the year


Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in social &/or influencer marketing (in-house and/or agency side)
  • Be a visionary leader who seeks out new & innovative ideas, platforms & trends
  • Proven track record of delivering successful influencer &/or social media campaigns across multiple social platforms
  • Experience working across all major social channels - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok
  • Experience building, managing & nurturing a team
  • Comfortable with data and proficient measuring performance of campaigns/channels
  • Highly motivated and ambitious self-starter but someone who also thrives on collaboration
  • An excellent communicator, both visually & verbally, who is used to presenting to senior team members
