The business is hiring for a CRM/Retention Marketing Executive with a focus on looking after retention.
This is a unique opportunity at this level to be the main driver of commercial focused metrics so early on in one's career.
You will be leading campaigns focused upon reducing churn, driving lifetime value, and exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Winback also falls within your remit.
This person could feasibly come in and progress quickly. From the Marketing Director, to other members of the team, there is a rich culture of progression fostered by an fast paced, entrprenurial and meritocratic culture.
