Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager - up to £45,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package

Position based in stunning London headquarters or remotely for the right candidate

**This is a 6 - 7 month maternity cover contract to start first week of April**

Kindred Recruitment is thrilled to be working with an established award-winning player in the research and insights industry to find a hands-on and practical B2B Marketing Manager to join as Head of Marketing for 6 to 7 months starting first week of April.

This is a superb marketing opportunity for an experienced B2B marketing manager with lots of experience and knowledge in delivering engaging marketing campaigns promoting the research agency as well sector specific campaigns for lead generation.

Working closely with the Marketing Assistant as well as all other areas of the agency, as Head of Marketing you will have the opportunity to flex your marketing know-how across brand management, content creation (website, newsletters and press releases), social media, events, surveys and internal employee engagement initiatives.

You will undoubtedly love a busy marketing role, with this position having an emphasis on delivering campaigns rather than strategy and planning as marketing plans for the year are already in place.

We are therefore excited to receive applications from t-shaped marketers who have:

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B campaign delivery
  • Some experience of running a marketing team/department
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • A hands-on nature, delivering all campaigns alongside the Marketing Assistant
  • An understanding of how marketing supports sales/sales cycle
  • HubSpot or similar campaign automation experience

Candidates with research/insights industry experience are desirable but we welcome applications from a wide range of B2B sectors in conjunction with the requirements above.
