About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our growing team! You'll be adding value by supporting other members of our client services team, helping to ensure that campaigns for our clients run to schedule, to budget and to a standard that always exceeds expectations. We'd consider hungry life science graduates looking for their first step into the world of medical communications or you might already have some experience under your belt. Either way, you'll be eager to become a skilled account handler, working across a range of interesting therapy.

Responsibilities include:
  • Having an all-round understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing industry, along with a passion for multi-channel marketing
  • Being highly organised, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, exceeding client expectations every step of the way
  • Compiling market sector information for the team and investigate competitor and market initiatives
  • Having a good understanding of referencing you will be responsible for uploading refences to jobs on Veeva Vault PromoMats and monitoring the progress of jobs through the system
  • Supporting the client lead in managing client budgets, updating regularly, chasing POs, and controlling external costs
  • Managing allocated small projects from start to finish and delivering on time, cost, and quality
  • Proof reading working with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Compiling status reports and contact reports in a timely manner
  • Daily completion of timesheets via EASL
