RTM are currently working with a global media company to identify a Digital/Growth Marketing Director. The company creates and owns amazing content and is in the process of launching their global streaming service.

They need a Director to launch this service in the UK who will develop full-funnel acquisition and retention marketing strategies by defining and implementing the optimum digital channel mix across Paid Social, SEM, Display, CTV and via affiliates.

The went to build a best in class marketing engine to drive growth and retention.

This requires extensive growth and performance marketing experience, ideally from another streaming service, media organization or subscription based app service.

As this is a start up unit within an established global business, while you will have to be able to think strategically and build for the long-term, you'll also need to be comfortable being very hands on and operational while you build out the team.

Prior experience with launching high growth products/services would be advantageous.

The role will be remote initially, ideally you'll be based in or around London, but it is unlikely the role will ever be in the office 5 days a week, so flexibility on UK location is possible.
