Our customers invest heavily in our technology to give them a competitive advantage. We're looking for Senior QA Analyst, who will be responsible for making sure 1E Tachyon Platform is releasing new features more frequently, this role is crucial in ensuring the engineering team are able to meet business goals.

As the Senior QA Analyst, you be a driving force in the delivery of the Tachyon Platform, which has now deployed over 500,000 endpoints impacting the day to day work from anywhere life of some of the biggest organisations around the work such as; Bank of New York, H&M, Nestle, these companies rely on us to help deliver an office-like employee experience no matter where their employees are, while giving IT full control and visibility. The appropriate candidate will work with some of the best technical minds in the industry, whilst continuously evolving their skills as they develop new features for Tachyon, learning new technology, suggesting new ideas to improve processes, as well as the opportunity to make a difference. You'll play a vital role in shaping up the #WorkFromAnywhere strategy which is impacting every organization in our current situation

What You Will Do

· Work closely with the Lead Tester to perform testing of the highest quality within a development environment

· Perform multiple tasks across a range of live and upcoming projects when required by release schedule

· Report defects to the company standard and maintain database integrity

· Assist development team when required with internal testing and bug fixing

· Reporting bugs and verifying bugs reported by others

· Investigate issues reported by external parties when required

· Working with software engineers on the team to ensure test cases are automated at the appropriate level

· Setting priorities order based on plans on TFS

What You'll Bring

· Proven experience in software testing in a fast moving and leading-edge IT environment

· Proven experience in design, implement and review test scenarios and cases for manual and automated testing

· An excellent understanding of relational databases, basic networking protocols, Active Directory, Setting up virtual labs,

· An excellent understanding of Windows, Unix, Mac, Android operating systems

· Basic coding skills in an Object-Oriented programming language (C#, .NET)

· Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Initiative, determined, disciplined & focused, flexible and a high degree of resourcefulness

Desirable skills:

· Previous experience creating virtual environments using HyperV

· Experience with enterprise technology

· Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
