Cloud Optimisation Senior Consultant

Key Essential Skills:

· Extensive experience in pubic hyperscale cloud - AWS, AZURE, GCP

· Consultancy experience - 5 years

· Cloud cost optimisation - 3-5 years

· Cloud cost optimisation tools such as AWS native tools, Apptio, cloud health & Cloudcheckr

· Agile project management

· Security compliance experience such as ITIL, PCI, ISO 27001 or SOX

Certification:



· FinOps certification

· AWS, AZURE or GCP; certification

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent experience



Role & Responsibilities:

· Provide cloud cost expertise, advice, direction and help to our clients to realise their cost optimisation aspirations

· Fulfil Consulting Engagements as a part of a leading Cloud Optimisation Team

· Deliver and contribute to the development of the tooling and capabilities needed to enable our cloud financial management roadmap

· Support the needs of Cloud Migration Programmes from a cost perspective

· Identifying continuous improvement opportunities

· Collaborate with vendor partners whilst actively developing and maintaining strategic relationships

· Identifying additional opportunities within the delivery lifecycle

· Contribute to the pre-sales and sales cycle (pre-sales meeting, bid-writing etc.)
