Our passionate, dynamic, bold marketing agency is growing and we're currently looking to hire a Dedicated Community Manager on an initial 12 months FTC to collaborate with our inclusive, diverse and agile team.

Our Community Manager will use strategic marketing skills to promote our client's new loyalty Programme managing all aspects of marketing, engagement, and administration of the Programme.

  • A dedicated role focused on one of our key clients, working with the wider team to create a new loyalty programme aimed at supporting professional installers of our client's equipment to consumers
  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for the client and liaise with internal client stakeholders to deliver the programme effectively
  • Effectively manage marketing and engagement, ensuring the best techniques are adopted to engage the target audience and foster a community
  • Set and develop effective and appropriate runways of content for social media, Case studies, editorials, and newsletters
  • Ensure communication campaigns align with marketing strategies
  • Organise and submit brand approval requests to the client at all stages and proactively manage the response and timelines
