Job Details
Your primary role will be:
- The first point of contact for some of our smaller clients and creative agencies that we work closely with.
- Being extremely organised, it will be your job to gather information from our specialists in a timely fashion and report back to the client or agency partner with 24 hours
- You will enjoy project managing digital projects across Trello, meetings and emails.
- You will be a 'problem solver' and think laterally about how you can help solve issues that may arise in planning and buying digital media
- You will be collating contributions from specialists into beautifully presented PowerPoint documents
- You will help clients define what it is that they need to help solve their business challenges and write these into clear briefs for our business
- Ensuring that digital projects are run on time and delivered with zest
- Using your excellent communication skills you may be leaned upon for copywriting, editing or the occasional social media copy
- You Will be involved in working on monthly client pitches alongside the management team
- You must have a passion for digital platforms/technology and be an avid user of Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram platforms and mobile apps as a minimum
- Over time you will upsell Digital Willow services where they can help existing clients solve business needs
Essential Skills Required:
- Digital Media / Marketing experience (minimum 2 years)
- Project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Deadline management
- Exceptional client-serving and handling skills
- Regularly demonstrate initiative and proactivity
- Highest level of attention to detail
- Personable, friendly, confident and a great communicator
- Excellent English writing skills for both email and thought pieces
- Open to learning new skills and teaching these to clients and staff
- High standard of PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Ability to pick up new digital technologies/systems quickly
- Recent Facebook & Google advertising experience
Preferred but not essential skills:
- Hootsuite experience/accreditation
- PowerPoint (high)
- SEO / PPC
- Excel (high)
- Trello (high)
