The Marketing Associate will be eager to develop and progress, a quick learner with a great aptitude for systems and technologies with a particular interest in digital marketing. The role will offer experience from a wide range of marketing responsibilities. Positioned for a team player who wants to deliver a mix of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment in a role that will evolve as our little team gets further established. The Associate works closely with internal, and some external, stakeholders with limited client engagement.


Marketing - general
  • Digital lead in EMEA (Social media marketing, Email marketing, EMEA website analytics, Basic webpage updates and maintenance (WordPress)) in German and English
  • Omnichannel Marketing campaign design and delivery (direct or partner) to deliver new leads into the business
  • Initiatives across the marketing mix (whitepapers, research, webinars, email, social media, PR, website, ABM software, advertising, video)
  • Co-marketing with Partners using the above tactics
  • Design and deliver campaigns with focus on key verticals. Working with digital and content functions in USA to deliver the right content, at the right time to the right leads from multiple directions
  • Webinar management (EMEA) - end-to-end management of webinars: internal comms, external comms, post-event analysis, webex management and event hosting
  • Event management - Regional client events and advisory councils / networking group events
  • Local market intelligence - working with our head of marketing intelligence in USA you will capture feedback on local competitors and ensure that the Sales / Relationship Management team can access relevant and timely info on the competitive landscape
  • Research using data tools (LinkedIn, sales nav, to research new prospect opportunities, Additionally new partner research / support of partner outreach
  • Project management: videos, case studies, other marketing assets

Marketing - operations
  • Day-to-day budget management - invoices, POs, tracking. Hold monthly review meetings to ensure we are on track with YTD investment
  • Agency management - Content, Translation, Digital (execution), Design
  • Partner / prospect partner communications - strategy and delivery. Including aligning copy to persona, ensuring appropriate segmentation and data management
  • Data management: Salesforce (CRM database) - updating records, creating lists, managing prospect data, align segmentation strategy
  • Reporting: create extracts on lead generation, campaign evaluation reporting, data for internal comms etc, offer insight as to how amends to strategy could help us to deliver more to the business
  • Marketing systems change - supporting projects to implement new systems or make amends to existing ones

Expectation to travel to London in a safe future.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4-5 years' relevant B2B marketing experience (ideally, but not essentially in a software / tech firm)
  • Ability to learn new things quickly - especially software - to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and communication skills in business English
  • Fluent German speaker - excellent written skills in business German
  • Adaptable and flexible - as the business grows and adapts so will you. This role will not be static, but will be a great opportunity to grow and develop whilst learning new things

  • Systems experience preferred - SFDC, Pardot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign manager, Hootsuite, DemandBase
