Web Developer

We are looking for a new team member to carry out tasks related to the running, maintenance and improvement of the company website(s), sales channels and social media platforms.

You will be responsible for managing new projects that increase brand awareness and improve online sales through targeted marketing strategies.

We are not looking for years of experience what we are looking for someone with fresh ideas and someone willing to learn.

The role will include the following:-

• Constantly evaluate the website and marketplace against the business objectives
• Improve current traffic
• Set the strategy to increase web sales and orders
• Ensure work is cost effective and completed within the allocated budget/timescale
• Provide a risk based approach to decision making
• Update content on the website(s) and marketplaces
• A team player keen to progress their career with a forward looking company
• Implement cloud-based system for migrating inventory/marketplace channels

Essential Skills:-

• Website building experience with a particular focus towards HTML & PHP
• Experience with Magento / Wordpress / Woo Commerce
• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Ability to assess and challenge current processes and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with liaising with individuals at all levels, including representing external parties, and the representing line manager
• Good standard of written and spoken English
