Harnham has partnered with a leading national charity that is looking for a strong Marketing Analyst contractor to join an agency team working to support them in their drive to increase donations!
THE COMPANY
This charity has Royal Patronage and is considered one of Britain's largest charities and a great pressure group. For this project, you will be working with an agency that specialises in supporting charities to achieve their growth objectives. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be supporting this great cause in growing their funds to achieve great things for those they support.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be embedded into a project that is supporting the fundraising team of this charity. You will be leading analysis on campaigns and customers to gain valuable insight into the types of people donating. Some responsibilities include:

- Working with data downloads from the client (the charity)
- Supporting in the segmentation of donators
- Build propensity models to understand the types of customers likely to donate
- Analysing campaign performance
- Extract insights and next-steps from analysis
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
A successful Marketing Analyst will have the following:
- Advanced SQL skills
- Python OR R
- Segmentation and propensity model experience
- Experience working in the charity sector or agency-side is beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
