Our client, a well known global healthcare business is currently looking for a Digital & Multichannel Marketing Manager.
The role will involve CRM and multichannel marketing as well as being responsible for portals, websites, social media and e-commerce. It will work across EMEA and will be a digital customer
engagement role with experience of digital communication channel management. You will plan and execute customer journey campaigns bringing together brand commercial objectives, customer profiles and relevant multichannel tactics and systems. You will develop and collate reports to assess the impact and performance of campaigns through relevant systems such as CRM, search engine and social media ecommerce analytics.
The ideal candidate would have a business and marketing background with digital experience in any industry/sector. You will have a strong proven digital capability including content development/adaptation based on customer feedback and performance tracking.
