My client, a rapidly expanding software house based in London are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the team at an exciting time in their growth.
You will contribute to delivery of industry leading solutions as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Their role will include collaborating with product owners and UX/UI designers, facilitating workshops, producing journey maps, generating and documenting user stories, designing APIs, defining data requirements and other associated work.

You will contribute to delivery of industry leading solutions as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Their role will include collaborating with product owners and UX/UI designers, facilitating workshops, producing journey maps, generating and documenting user stories, designing APIs, defining data requirements and other associated work.
Main Responsibilities
- Facilitating discovery workshops with Product Owners, UX/UI designers and stakeholders to identify existing and potential user journeys
- Producing user journey maps, identifying opportunities to improve user journeys and quantifying these opportunities by business/user value
- Identifying and documenting the user stories required to deliver user journeys, including capturing the user story, business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Facilitating workshops with UX/UI designers, software engineers and quality assurance analysts to undertake UX/UI design, technical design and test case development
- Championing agile business analysis processes and proactively contributing to continuous improvement
Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience working in agile delivery environments and strong knowledge of agile delivery principles and frameworks including scrum and kanban
- Demonstrated experience producing traditional (UML, BPMN, BRD, etc) and agile (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc) analysis outputs
- Experience applying one or more of the below analysis techniques:
- Design thinking (personas, journey maps, etc)
- Lean value stream mapping
- Jobs to Be Done / Outcome Driven Innovation
- Strong understanding of how to define and work towards an effective Minimum Viable Product
- Proven ability to contribute to continuous improvement in analysis processes
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary delivery teams
