Job Details

We are currently working on a very exciting opportunity with a Global Investment Bank operating in the mid-market space. The client is looking for a junior Associate or a very Senior Analyst to become an important part of their growing Healthcare M&A team. It is a fantastic platform with an extremely strong brand, that has an excellent and collegiate working culture.

The successful candidate will be someone with an excellent academic record (undergraduate degree or equivalent at minimum 2.1 class), as well as over 3 years of relevant experience at a corporate finance firm, investment bank or from a top accounting firm. Qualified ACA, ACCA or CFA candidates are appealing but not imperative, with previous experience in audit, transaction services, restructuring and also Corporate Finance potentially relevant, providing the candidate has an extremely robust financial and analytical skillset.

Although previous experience in the Healthcare space would be a big positive, the client is very open on previous sector exposure, as long as the candidate has a real desire, and a demonstrable commitment, to specialise in the Healthcare & Life Sciences space going forward.

In this role you will be working on M&A mandates and working alongside the rest of the team to execute various projects within the Healthcare sector.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Preparation of Information Memorandum
  • Financial modelling
  • Financial and strategic analysis
  • Creating and delivering presentations
  • Co-ordinating due diligence projects
