Test Manager - ETL, Data Warehousing

Job Summary :

• Lead Data Testing activities for customer's New Data Platforms Project.
• Become part of key project
• Mediator: able to guide the team in adopting the Testing/QA best practices;
• Play key role in customer, Cognizant and 3rd party stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Test and QA activities on build and integration of new data platforms and pipelines
• Team Management on client projects
• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software QA life cycle
• Instigate and supervise use of best practices
• Ensure proper use of test automation tools
• Write test plans and reports
• Stakeholder management of internal and 3rd party groups
• Resource planning and management

Key Skill and Experience :

• Extensive Software Test and QA Management experience
• Strong experience on ETL, Data Integration, Data Warehousing and Data Replication projects
• Strong experience in writing Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases
• Good experience in testing Data Warehouses, Data Marts and ETL pipelines for complex business applications
• Good familiarity with Agile frameworks and Regression Testing
• Good experience of complex stakeholder management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good experience of test automation tools eg JIRA
• Strong resource management planning skills
