Quantitative Trader {Specializing in HFT Strategies}

Our client, a leading multi strat hedge fund are now seeking a highly talented quant traders who specialize in HFT strategies for their exciting new HFT build out in both Europe & USA. Successful candidates will have the ability to carry out the full life-cycle of the trading process; developing and implementing medium to high frequency trading strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-6 years' relevant Hedge Fund or HFT experience
  • 2-4 years' experience & proficiency in programming languages Python, SQL and R.
  • Bachelors, Master's or PhD honours degree from a top university in Comp Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Can work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Capability handling several projects with different priorities at once in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills in the interest of collaboration with PMs & trading desk
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills
  • Passion for the Hedge Fund industry
