The Role:

As a Product Champion, you will be taking ownership and lead the delivery of a new platform for this global automotive SaaS provider. Working alongside the sales, account management teams and third party integration partners you'll utilise your technical software knowledge to integrate and adapt the new platform to fulfill the client's needs.

This is an opportunity to utilise your client engagement experience and technical software knowledge whilst also providing you with a genuine opportunity to support this global automotive SaaS company's growth trajectory.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • You'll lead the technical delivery and implementation of the new platform to new and existing customers.
  • You'll provide feedback to the business in terms of the platform's performance and have the autonomy to make and apply adaptations to meet the client's needs.
  • You'll be comfortable leading meetings with clients.

About You

This is an opportunity to utilise your technical software, and customer-facing experience. You will need to be technically astute within Coding (Java, Rest APIs, API and C#), Integration and Software development whilst also playing between the customer and the development team internally. You must have customer-facing experience in a similar implementation or technical product role.

It will be beneficial to have a degree in Computer Science but in no way a must. You'll enjoy taking the lead, not be afraid to ask questions, and the opportunity to create new integrations or apply further changes to the platform.
