Investment Banking Analyst (M&A Generalist)

Our client a global investment bank is seeking an experienced Analyst to join their M&A Generalist team on public and private M&A transactions across all sectors in EMEA. The team is seeking a top tier experienced Analyst with M&A experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on M&A transactions including; preparation of marketing materials, development and review of due diligence reports, general financial analysis and overall process coordination
• Running and developing financial and operating models for marketing and transaction purposes
• Assisting with the production of client presentations and documents (including pitch books, valuation materials, etc.)
• Working with an experienced senior team in a collaborative work environment

Skills & Experience

• Strong academic background;
• 1.5 - 2 years of prior investment banking, M&A advisory or related experience
• Experience working on Sell-side M&A transactions
• Strong project management skills. Able to manage multiple projects and workstreams effectively, delivering high-quality work on schedule
• Highly numerate with solid financial modelling skills
• Rigorous attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously while also participating collaboratively as part of a team
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
