What will I be doing?

Working as part of the consumer team, you will be working across the following brands and campaigns:

  • WaterWipes
  • Premier Inn
  • Carlsberg
  • NEFF

  • Running the social team on WaterWipes
  • Daily client counsel
  • In-depth knowledge and thirst for social trends
  • Sharing creative social ideas for new content / campaigns
  • Developing local social posts
  • Overseeing the monthly local and global social content plan
  • Working with agency partners to align on global content and paid assets
  • Overseeing community management across owned brand channels
  • Developing social content with influencers and talent across all brands
  • Working with agency partners / Client on social KPIs, tracking and measurement

Client Servicing
  • Day to day client contact with Brand Managers
  • Secondary contact with Brooklyn Brothers, Reprise, Fold 7 and Leo Burnett (X-Agency teams, with whom Golin works very closely)
  • Responsible for any talent casting, procurement, and management
  • Responsible for creation of campaign timeline
  • Leads weekly client calls / X-Agency calls with Senior Associate
  • Setting and circulating agendas for client and external meetings 24 hours prior to the meeting time
  • Ensuring Managers are scheduling weekly internal status meetings and that the actions circulated afterwards are detailed and clear
  • Setting tasks (press release writing, research, event related) for more junior members of the team, ensure deadlines are met against the campaign timeline
  • Creation of campaign and reporting decks (for Directors to have final sign off on) - working with Directors to develop new campaigns
  • Assisting with development of internal strategic and creative briefs (with sign off by Directors / ED)

  • Ensuring the team creates POs and follows all process for dealing with suppliers and invoicing
  • Managing upwards if lack of resource is identified in the team, conversely if a team member is taking too long to complete allocated tasks
  • Completion of timesheets, placing time against the correct job code
  • Attendance at WIP meetings on monthly basis - learning from Directors

Who are you?
  • Previous Consumer PR experience within agency at a Manager level
  • A keen interest and previous experience across social and influencer
