We currently have an exciting Paralegal opportunity with a fast-growing start-up in the M&A Insurance Sector.

The firm provide bespoke underwriting solutions to high-profile clients in the M&A Insurance market. With a focus on cutting-edge technology and an exciting start-up culture, this is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to develop their corporate experience.

As a Paralegal you will be responsible for developing relationships with the firm's clients and making important commercial decisions on risk policies. This is a very hands-on role and will allow the successful Paralegal to develop their knowledge of corporate transactions and client-facing skills.

The ideal Paralegal will have paralegal experience from a law firm in private M&A work. The firm are looking for a confident individual with good commercial awareness who can comfortably build relationships with insurance brokers.
