Interim Head of Financial Reporting

The role will be 12-18 month contract with high potential for extension. This is a hands on role which will play a pivotal part within a fast moving organisation.

You will have a significant impact on the day to day running and report into the SLT.

Responsibilities.

• Ensure Accounting and Reporting are delivered to the highest standards
• Oversee the Group Reporting and Consolidation team in preparation of Annual and Interim financial statements across both US and UK reporting frameworks
• Review of internal controls and processes, including reporting systems, recommending and driving through the necessary changes required to increase efficiency and accuracy of the information produced;
• Ad hoc project work as and when required to support business decision making.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)

• Previous experience in a similar role
