Technical and Personal CompetenciesCollaboration
- Designed, configured & implemented Microsoft 365/Exchange/Skype for Business/Teams solutions, including hybrid deployment options
- Designed, configured & implemented on-premises Exchange (2010/2013/2016/2019) and Skype for Business solution
- Understanding of network implications & requirements needed for all Microsoft 365 functions
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 licence levels and feature/service implications associated at various levels
- Experience of PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 implementation and migrations
- Strong knowledge and experience of managing Microsoft 365 migrations at Enterprise level
- Implemented and managed appropriate identity models for Microsoft Azure AD, ADFS, Single Sign On (SSO) and Azure AD Connect for the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions
- Supporting the sync and sharing of large volumes of data with OneDrive
- Experience with Azure AD user management both for Microsoft 365 and third-party services
- Experience of providing security recommendations or supporting the implementation of security requirements across the Microsoft 365 suite
- Focusing on Communication, Collaboration, Identity and Security aspects of the Microsoft 365 portfolio
