Due to our continued growth and expansion, M3 is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Global Research division.

Responsibilities Of The Role
  • Develop, analyze and manage project plans and appropriate project management documentation
  • Utilize established project management standards, processes, policies, methodologies, and tools established to manage timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Negotiates project plans, time frames, and trade-off with management, and apprises management of impact to project while appropriately balancing project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks
  • Interface with company leadership to align the work of the systems groups with strategic business goals
  • Collaborate with engineers, clients and internal teams to determine the specifications of the projects
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, making appropriate changes during project life cycle as necessary
  • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with management and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news
  • Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional Technical Software Project Management experience including running software implementations - MUST HAVE
  • Experience using JIRA required - MUST HAVE - Ideally knowledge of Atlassian JIRA Cloud
  • Familiarity with software technologies (e.g. Node.js, ColdFusion, JavaScript, SQL, PowerBI) and with the software development lifecycle (lean design, agile, scrum)
  • PMI/PMP/Agile Prince/Prince 2 or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
  • High attention to detail and strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative with an analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Tools
  • Team player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment
  • Experience or knowledge of market research industry an advantage
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and be commutable to London
