Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our foundation technical team in Shoreditch, London. You will be working closely with the CTO, Head of Product and engineering team to drive build and scale multiple aspects of our product.

As a Senior Engineer based in London, you will collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment building customer-facing dashboards, internal dashboards and the end-customer checkout. Together with the CTO and Head of Product you'll also continuously support on improvements to Slerp's eCommerce UI / UX, dashboard features and functionality as well as owning front-end enhancements to the technical products.

ExperienceRequirements

• 3+ years or more React development experience required
• Typescript development experience
• Strong experience in integrating w/ APIs (GraphQL, REST)
• Phoenix/Elixir or similar experience
• Proficient in using Github
• Confidently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects
• Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions

Highly desirable

• Ability to develop on backend systems if needed
• Ability to assist product leads with writing technically sound feature specifications
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Experience with marketplace or delivery applications eg. Deliveroo or Amazon
• Ability to work on UI related tasks and projects
