. We are seeking a dynamic and creative person to join our team of communications professionals as an Account Executive. Working with senior members of the TALA team to help them deliver innovative and focused campaigns for our clients, you will develop your skills as you go, embracing opportunities to take full ownership of the campaigns you work on. Your ability to grow within TALA will only ever be limited by your ambition and determination to succeed.
Founded in 2007, by owner and managing director, Andrew Baud, TALA provides powerful strategic communications services to clients. We develop communication strategies built on clear, honest and open two-way communication, that seek to understand the views of stakeholders and is responsive to their needs.
We formulate bespoke and scalable programmes devised to help organisations achieve their strategic goals, whether they are a dynamic start-up, multinational conglomerate, governmental organisation or visionary charity. Our team is expert in reputation management with a proven track record in helping to change attitudes and behaviours.
Through our creative tactics and brilliant storytelling, we bring client's businesses to life in the media and carefully curated events demonstrate their thought leadership credentials. We will ensure they are prepared to tackle issues that could impact on their reputation, establishing robust crisis management strategies so that their organisation can weather any storm.
Key requirements ·
English as a first language and exemplary writing skills·
Graduate or significant experience ·
Minimum of 2 years working in an agency or busy communications department ·
A demonstrable track record of self-initiated campaign success.
Please note that we currently encourage remote working, but with an expectation that you will travel to North Oxfordshire at least weekly or fortnightly, when travel is allowed. Your experience

Writing - You need to be capable of writing high-quality English and have an eye for creating engaging text. Rely on Grammarly and spellcheck to make sure it's spot on? That's fine, so do we!
Tech-savviness - Are you a confident technology user, happy to pick-up and dabble in lots of different tools? If you know basic HTML, CSS and how to find your way around WordPress that would be great - if not, we'll teach you. Knowledge of how to use LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ad Manager would also be a bonus.
Confidence - When you have an idea, do you share it? We encourage our team to think creatively and have the confidence to discuss different ideas and approaches. It's not about having the right answer every time, but the willingness to contribute to the debate.
Professionalism - We don't mean wearing a suit and tie (though you may need to occasionally), but rather your approach to working. You need to be punctual, polite and have strong personal communication skills. Whether you're working on a campaign for a multi-billion pound multinational or a local charity, you will be expected to deliver friendly and professional service every time.
Adaptability - Variety is the spice of life and that's what you will experience working at TALA, with no day ever being the same. You need to be able to cope with juggling deadlines and have the ability to switch from chatting about sustainable building products to destination marketing and economic development policy in an instant. Sometimes you will need to work evenings or weekends - it's the nature of the industry - but in return we offer flexible working, allowing you to work when you're most effective. Responsibilities
You will be involved in all aspects of the business; however, you will have primary responsibility for implementing components of digital campaigns. Tasks you will be asked to do include;·

Liaising with the media·
Creating and scheduling social media content·
Developing paid social campaigns·
Assisting with businesses development and formulating proposals·
Building relationships with clients and participating in status meetings·
