We are now looking for an experience Scrum Master to join our team in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • As a Scrum Master you will plan, execute & finalize projects according to scope, also bidget and schedule. You will coordinate the efforts of other team members (including third-party contractors/consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Knowledge and experience of using agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, BDD and TDD
  • Experience in carrying out Release Planning for balancing the scope, resources and deadline of the product
  • Good understanding of DevOps principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment
  • Experience in generating team dashboards based on metrics such as Burndown and Velocity
  • Experience estimating the Sprint Plan through both a top-down and bottom-up approach.
  • High Level understanding of APIs, Microservices and SOA
  • High level understanding of Cloud technologies such as Azure/AWS
  • First level Scrum Master certified
  • Azure Devops / Jira for Product backlog management experience
