Legal 500 firm in Kent seeks an enthusiastic Commercial Litigation Paralegal on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an opportune time for a skilful paralegal to join our client's thriving, multi-accredited practice based in Bromley. The successful applicant will join the firm's highly respected Commercial Litigation team and deal with a wide range of commercial and consumer debt recovery matters, whilst working with solicitors and partners to support their activities.

Responsibilities

• Disputed small claims
• fast track and multi-track matters
• Asset recovery matters
• Complex commercial disputes
• Insolvency issues
• Undertaking legal research
• Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions

The Candidate

• Paralegals with at least two years' PQE
• Experience in commercial litigation is essential
• Taking a proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks is essential
• A proven academic aptitude
• Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
• Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
