James Chase Solutions is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to work for an exciting and successful company based in Brighton. You will have a commercial customer account management mindset and be involved in helping customers utilise and benefit from the SaaS product.

Main Duties

  • Ensuring effective handover from the sales
  • Manage a large number of customers and help them achieve their goals
  • Working closely with the Service Delivery and Development team to spot specific opportunities

You will have a strong account management background and be confident working with customers. You will have some knowledge of working with SaaS products and be digitally understanding.
