BI Analyst ( Power BI / SSIS / SQL Server ) is required to join a prestigious consultancy on a remote working, work from home contract.

The role of the BI Analyst ( Power BI / SSIS / SQL Server ) will be to do a quality review of Power BI and SSIS applications delivered by a third party for the end client.

The BI Analyst ( Power BI / SSIS / SQL Server ) will need a deep technical understanding of Power BI, SSIS and SQL Server as well previous experience of performing quality reviews and analysis of existing BI Applications to be able to recommend areas for improvement where required.

Essential Experience required for the successful BI Analyst ( Power BI / SSIS / SQL Server ) include:

• Strong experience with BI Application Design and Architecture.
• Previous experience of doing quality reviews of Power BI and SSIS applications.
• Deep Technical understanding of MS BI Products, particularly Power BI, SSIS & SQL Server.
• Strong Analysis skills, with 'As Is' Definition and 'To Be' Modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to explain complex problems in a simple and effective manner.
• Strong peer and senior stakeholder management skills and engagement experience.

Desirable Experience for the successful BI Analyst ( Power BI / SSIS / SQL Server ) include:

• Current Development Skills with Power BI, SSIS & T-SQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly MS Azure
