Marketing Communications Manager - Cryptocurrency Exchange

Handle are excited to be partnering with LMAX Group to hire a Marketing Communications Manager, exclusively dedicated to supporting LMAX Digital, the leading institutional crypto currency exchange and the Group's fastest growing execution venue.

As the first marketing role exclusively dedicated to the LMAX Digital brand it is perfect for a driven and ambitious crypto enthusiast with a proven track record in delivering results through brand marketing and communications campaigns.

The role requires in-depth crypto currency industry knowledge, B2B marketing and media relations experience, ability to cultivate attention to the brand, as well as excellent analytical skills.

Key elements of the role include:

• Strategic vision and enthusiasm for increasing brand awareness of LMAX Digital globally, from idea generation to proactive management of all marketing and communication activity
• In-depth market knowledge and ability to engage with industry media (press, broadcast, social media influencers) as well as with prospect clients, supporting the sales team
• Copy writing and ability to analyse data to generate insights
• Strong emphasis on delivering results

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Circ. 5 years' experience in the crypto industry in marketing or communications roles
• Great enthusiasm for the crypto industry
• Understanding of differences between retail vs institutional crypto sectors
• Strong existing network of media relationships and industry influencers
• Proven track record in delivering brand enhancing marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical, communication and copy writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel
