Job Details

We are looking to hire an administrative assistant who will provide technical and client management support to a team of Financial Advisers based in the City of London. This role offers the opportunity to support the business with providing high quality, compliant financial planning.

You will undertake the following duties:

  • Liaising with clients, supporting them in the on-boarding process
  • Managing the transfer of client money
  • Working with advisers to understand clients needs and managing their expectations
  • Analyse client data and ensure data is documented in CRM system
  • Produce Suitability Reports for clients
  • Work towards becoming a fully qualified Paraplanner
  • Assisting with the preparation of meetings
  • Assisting with compliance functions to ensure the business is in line with regulatory requirements
