A well established and growing firm in Birmingham are keen to attract a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their expanding team.

Based in a convenient location in Birmingham with excellent transport links and available parking, this opportunity would suit someone with some residential property experience looking to advance their career in Conveyancing.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in a caseload of residential property transactions
- Processing administrative tasks including sending out packs, chasing ID documents
- Checking on sources of funds
- Ordering searches
- Land Registry enquiries
