Khoros is seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Marketing to manage our team in the EMEA region. The primary goals of this position are to increase awareness and build pipeline, and you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing activities that drive market demand. The role reports to the company's global Chief Marketing Officer, manages a small but mighty team composed of demand gen program managers, and will work closely with the regional sales management and teams and go-to-market partners.

Simultaneously, you will be hands-on to execute those plans, quarter over quarter. You have comprehensive experience in marketing and you are keen to join this fast-pace organisation to contribute to our continued growth.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leads and mentors the Marketing team to provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support optimal performance and development

Develops major goals and objectives for marketing channels

Audits and reports on ongoing performance to ensure constant improvements and growth goals are met

Builds strategic relationships with leaders across the organisation and within the regions to drive strategic goals and business objectives

Marketing Strategies

Build the strategy by market, that drives to short and long term business and growth objectives in collaboration with local sales leaders and marketing leadership

Define quarterly targets, metrics, go-to-market strategies and plans across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to make sure that the company is equipped to meet plan targets and expectations

Collaborate with the global Marketing team to identify and develop content themes and topics and execute a plan to develop the assets to drive metrics and goals

Develop strategy and lead demand generation to ensure that all lead and demand generation and nurturing programs align with the strategic goals of Khoros

What We're Looking For

Proven experience creating and managing a regional marketing strategy plan at a SaaS company

Experience with managing a team of marketers

Experience Working In Region For a Global Company

Prior experience working with and supporting a Sales team preferred

Proven track record of developing marketing strategies, managing systems and processes and overseeing budgets

Experience Working With a Geographically Distributed Team Is Preferred

Travel required, approximately 25% of the time
