We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Administrator / Support specialist to deliver high quality services and solutions to our clients. Your role will involve the maintenance, support and administration of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions and working collaboratively with colleagues. We are looking for an individual who wishes to progress their career and can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Shape your world and achieve together
- Experience of performing 2nd and 3rd Line technical support and being able to resolve incidents independently and within SLA
- Microsoft.Net development knowledge (e.g C#, .Net, SQL Server)
- Experience in Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate is desirable
- Front End Web Experience (e.g. using HTML, CSS, React.Js, TypeScript) is desirable, but not mandatory
