Application Support Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Are you an experienced Microsoft Technical Support Specialist with an interest in delivering and supporting enterprise applications using the Dynamics 365? Can you deliver high quality solutions / components and help to technically drive solutions in an agile manner? Do you want to shape your world and change the way the world works? We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Administrator / Support specialist to deliver high quality services and solutions to our clients. Your role will involve the maintenance, support and administration of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions and working collaboratively with colleagues. We are looking for an individual who wishes to progress their career and can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

When you join you will become a member of our family of Microsoft Business Applications professionals. You will receive training and encouragement to further develop your career, pursue accreditations and make a difference.

Your experience

We are looking for someone with the following skills:
  • Experience of performing 2nd and 3rd Line technical support and being able to resolve incidents independently and within SLA
  • Microsoft.Net development knowledge (e.g C#, .Net, SQL Server)
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate is desirable
  • Front End Web Experience (e.g. using HTML, CSS, React.Js, TypeScript) is desirable, but not mandatory
