Our client, a leading luxury fashion brand is looking for a proactive and strategic CRM Manager to join their team.
You will completely own the CRM Strategy and will have experience doing this already at a large level. You will have experience with creating strategy for customer journey, segmentation, automation, email/sms/push notifications and personalisation.
The ideal person will be responsible for driving all CRM strategies for acquisition, retention, conversion and brand awareness. You will need to be innovative and have a proven record of delivering successful CRM strategies.
You will ideally understand an omni-channel approach, ideally within a fashion or luxury brand, ability to work under pressure and at a pace, along with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
