location: field based across the north of england + weekly visits to noodle hq in london

the role:

we're looking for a passionate, creative + proactive individual to join our marketing team + lead the creation + execution of the marketing strategy in our north region

this role is field based and so you must be able to access + be happy to travel around the midlands + north of england. our north region spans from milton keynes to aberdeen and a weekly visit to noodle hq (london) will be required

key responsibilities:
  • write and deliver the marketing strategy for the north region
  • provide high level marketing support to the regional director advising on marketing priorities
  • support and advise general managers and area managers to ensure high quality of local marketing activity
  • you are required to split your time between noodle HQ and working from restaurants with regular interaction with your general managers and area managers
  • brand guardian for all local marketing activity across the region
  • manage the local marketing budget for the region
  • develop local marketing tactics and implement across the region (or nationally)
  • develop team of marketing 'senseis' to support with day to day marketing requests
  • be the voice of the guest in the region reporting periodically on guest experience identifying trends and areas of opportunity
  • develop influencer and partnership relationships for the region
  • lead regional marketing events aligned to national campaign activity
  • responsible for preparing briefs for restaurant activity including events, blogger reviews etc.
  • organise events + experiential activity within the region
  • liaison with designer on brand asset creation
  • utilise digital + social media platforms e.g geo-targeted ads
  • attendance at regional meetings where you'll present updates on regional and national marketing activity and guest experience
  • write new restaurant openings + refurb marketing plans


the experience + personal attributes we are looking for:
  • demonstrable experience in a local / regional marketing role
  • multi-site hospitality or retail background essential
  • ability to write marketing strategy and activity plans
  • ability to implement, execute + report on local marketing campaigns
  • highly creative | the ability to think big and not rely on what's been done before
  • ability to write engaging and impactful content
  • collaborative | can work just as well with a team as alone
  • entrepreneurial | ability to work proactively and independently
  • social media + digital know how
  • ability to analyse sales trends + identify opportunities + requirements for restaurant support
  • ability to build positive working relationships cross functionally and with all levels of stakeholders
  • ability to manage external relationships with key stakeholders, partners and agencies
  • ability to identify regional trends, events + key dates to build effective and impactful local activity
  • excellent communication skills | ability to inspire + energize key stakeholders in proposed marketing activity
  • an awareness of current affairs, trending conversations and things that our guests care about
  • ability to prioritise workload and focus on key objectives, managing own workloads to meet deadlines
  • a drive to be the voice of our guests | using insight and data to understand regional requirements + to drive local campaigns
  • understand importance of commerciality in marketing
  • be highly resilient + adaptable to change
  • ability to be flexible to adjust plans and initiatives at short notice and in line with business need
